GTP (Goods to Person) Robots
Butler
Butler Robots bring inventory stored in racks to the operator. With the throughput of up to 600 picks per hour per picker, the system improves productivity by 8-10 times.
Butler 7 points

1. No walking
Workers can carry out product picking and binning without ever leaving their station. Meanwhile, BUTLER conveys the required MSUs (dedicated racks) to the station.

2. Real-time picking
WCS (dedicated software) analyzes order details in real-time and re-orders picking work to ensure task completion in the shortest possible time.

3. On-the-fly ABC analysics
WCS analyzes a product's shipping frequency in real-time and determines where MSUs are arranged based on dispatch frequency. This ensures that products are arranged in the optimum layout.

4. On demand stock audits
Stock audits can be performed at any time without interrupting regular operations.

5. Improved space utilisation
Since MSUs require no walkways, they help improve storage efficiency at the warehouse.

6. By-directional growth
BUTLER units and MSUs can each be increased one unit at a time in response to increased shipping quantity and storage quantity, respectively. Excessive prior investment is now a thing of the past.

7. Opportunity charging
BUTLER units choose the optimum time to recharge based on the operational status of the warehouse. While a full charge ensures 8 hours of operation, a quick charge of 5 minutes ensures upto 5 hours of continuous operations.
